If you encounter any incidences of violation of ethical standards, violation of our policies, violations of laws of any kind, abuses of human rights or harm to environment you can report anonymously through our dedicated platforms.
We shall ensure all reporting are investigated thoroughly in accordance with the law to a just conclusion.
Child labor
Hagu transport does not condone child labor. Minimum employment age is 18 years which is the legal age recognized by the labor Act of the republic. All potential employees must produce proof of age prior to employment contract.
Respect of Human dignity
Every employee shall enjoy his rights as stipulated by bill of rights. Violence and harassment of any kind are prohibited at the work place.
Forced labor, Human trafficking and slavery
All employment forms are voluntary and free will, we do not use any form of force on employees. Any employee may resign within stipulated timeframe whenever they feel like leaving, we do not withhold any of our employee’s personal documents.

A safe working environment shall provide for each employee

- PPEs for all staffs
- First Aid kits at every designated posts.

Employees and external stakeholders are encouraged to report any suspected violations of this policy. Reports can be made to HR Department, Compliance Officer or anonymously via the Company Name Whistleblower channels
